Chili pepper pieces are an artisanal product that capture the authentic essence of Sicily. Following an ancient recipe, our chili peppers are processed manually and cut into small pieces. After being left to macerate in white wine vinegar, sunflower seed oil and bay leaves are added. The result is a product free from preservatives, chemical additives, and colorings.
Ideal for: seasoning meat and fish-based main courses.

Our chili peppers come from the lands of Siracusa, locally grown at zero kilometer by local farmers. They are harvested between July and September, when they reach their peak spiciness and display their intense green and red color. Every part of the vegetable is used 100%. Production period: from July to September. Main Ingredients: chili peppers, white wine vinegar, dried bay leaves, sunflower seed oil. Perfect to enjoy on a simple slice of bruschetta or to enhance tomato salads, boiled potatoes, or to add a touch of heat to both first and main courses. Shelf life and storage: 24 months – store in a cool, dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days. The product is gluten-free.
