SICILIAN SWEET AND SOUR CAPONATA
From the heart of Sicilian tradition, we prepare a caponata rich in flavor and taste. To create our Sicilian sweet and sour caponata, we carefully select all vegetables from local farmers, choosing them one by one by hand. We use purple eggplants, red and green peppers, carrots, celery, and onions, which are cut into small pieces and sautéed in sunflower oil.
Ideal Sicilian condiment for first courses or as an appetizer on bruschetta.
