Orange Marmalade captures the fragrance and essence of Sicily. It is made with fresh Tarocco and Sanguinello oranges, typical of the region, cut into pieces and combined with sugar and fresh lemon juice from the Femminello Siracusano variety. The preparation is done manually and artisanally, following the traditional recipe, without any preservatives or chemical additives. Because it is made naturally, the extra orange marmalade may, over time and when exposed to heat, undergo a typical photo-oxidation process, causing a slight loss of color while keeping its nutritional and organoleptic properties intact. The oranges, harvested from the lands of Syracuse between January and March, are particularly juicy, with excellent flavor and a characteristic reddish color. Per 100g of product: fruit 80g, total sugars 48.62g. Production period: December to April. Main ingredients: Sicilian Tarocco or Sanguinello oranges, sugar, Femminello Siracusano lemon juice. This product contains no pectin or chemical thickeners and is naturally gluten-free. Shelf life & storage: 24 months – store in a cool, dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 15 days. The product is gluten-free.
