It is made with fresh lemons of the Femminello Siracusano variety, a particularly juicy and sweet type that embodies the spirit of the Mediterranean and the authentic aroma of Sicilian citrus fruits. The lemons are hand-cut into small pieces and combined with sugar, following the traditional recipe without the addition of preservatives or chemical additives.

Since it is prepared naturally, the lemon marmalade may, over time and when exposed to heat, undergo the typical process of photo-oxidation, resulting in a slight loss of color without compromising its nutritional and organoleptic qualities. The lemons, sourced from the fertile lands of Syracuse, are harvested from March to September, when the fruit is juicier, with excellent flavor and a characteristic intense yellow color. Per 100g of product: fruit 80g, total sugars 48.18g. Production period: March to April. Main ingredients: Femminello Siracusano lemon, sugar. This product contains no pectin or chemical thickeners and is naturally gluten-free. Shelf life & storage: 24 months – store in a cool, dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 15 days. The product is gluten-free.
