The pepper pâté is an artisanal product that captures the spiciness of Sicilian chili peppers. Following the traditional recipe, we manually prepare the chili peppers, which are then left to macerate in white wine vinegar. The mixture is then flavored with aromatic herbs, including parsley, basil, and garlic, and finally enriched with sunflower oil.
Perfect to use on a slice of toasted bread, to enhance tomato salads, or to season first and second course.

The pepper pâté is free from preservatives, chemical additives, and colorings. The chili peppers come from the lands of Siracusa, grown locally by farmers at zero km. They are harvested between July and September, when they reach their peak spiciness and display their characteristic intense green and red colors. Production period: from July to September. Main Ingredients: chili peppers, white wine vinegar, parsley, basil, garlic, sunflower oil. Shelf life and storage: 24 months – Keep in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.
