SUN-DRIED TOMATO PÂTÉ
Sicilian capuliato is an artisanal product that captures the essence of Sicily. Following an ancient recipe, we process our sun-dried tomatoes after blanching them in boiling water and letting them dry for 24 hours. In a completely manual and artisanal way, we enhance the tomatoes with fresh aromatic herbs such as parsley, basil, garlic, sunflower oil, and finally blend everything with a food processor to achieve the right consistency.
Perfect to use on simple bruschetta, to enhance hard-boiled eggs, or to season a plate of spaghetti.
