Eggplant fillets are an artisanal product that captures the essence of Sicily. Following an ancient recipe, we cut the eggplants into fillets, let them macerate with salt, and after a light boiling with vinegar, we press them to obtain delicious eggplant fillets. In a completely manual and artisanal process, we season the fillets with fresh aromatic herbs such as parsley, basil, garlic, and sunflower seed oil.
Ideal for: seasoning meat- and fish-based main courses.

Our eggplant fillets are made without preservatives, chemical additives, or colorings. The eggplants come from the lands of Siracusa, locally sourced at zero kilometers and grown by local farmers. They are harvested from May to November, when this vegetable is especially flavorful and displays an intense violet color. Production period: from May to November. Main Ingredients: eggplant fillets, parsley, basil, garlic, sunflower seed oil. Ideal to enjoy on a simple slice of bruschetta or to enhance the flavor of boiled eggs. Shelf life and storage: 24 months – Keep in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days. The product is gluten-free.
