From Sicilian tradition, passed down through generations, we prepare a typical Sicilian tomato sauce. We carefully select tomatoes from our land, grown and ripened under the sun in the Pachino area, known for their sweet flavor and perfect for making our ready-to-use sauce. After harvesting, the tomatoes are hand-processed through a gentle flame-cooking method, followed by bottling.
