From Sicilian tradition, passed down through generations, we prepare a typical Sicilian tomato sauce. We carefully select tomatoes from our land, grown and ripened under the sun in the Pachino area, known for their sweet flavor and perfect for making our ready-to-use sauce. After harvesting, the tomatoes are hand-processed through a gentle flame-cooking method, followed by bottling.

This Sicilian tomato sauce is 100% natural, wholesome, and ideal for those with celiac disease, as it contains no gluten, colorings, or thickeners. Production period: from June to September. Main Ingredients: Sicilian tomatoes – Piccadilly, Mammara, Cherry –, onion, basil, salt, olive oil. This product contains no pectin or chemical thickeners, making it gluten-free. Ready-to-use sauce for seasoning pasta, preparing sauces, or adding flavor to eggs in a pan. Delicious and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
