 I pomodorini secchi sono un prodotto artigianale che racchiude l’essenza della Sicilia. Seguendo un’antica ricetta, i pomodorini – varietà ciliegino o datterino – di piccole dimensioni e dal sapore dolcissimo, vengono essiccati dopo essere stati sbollentati in acqua bollente e asciugati per 24 ore. Lavorati manualmente e artigianalmente, i pomodorini vengono insaporiti con erbe aromatiche come prezzemolo, basilico e aglio, per poi essere conditi con olio di semi di girasole, senza l’aggiunta di conservanti, additivi chimici o coloranti.  

Ideale per: condimenti di secondi a base di carne e di pesce.
